Last week, we successfully completed another handover of our Colwood-designed Wiltshire 215 home.
This particular home showcases several upgrades chosen by the client, including a wet butler`s pantry, floor-to-ceiling tiling in the bathrooms, and a premium tile selection. Additionally, the client opted for a 40mm stone upgrade to the kitchen island, featuring stunning waterfall ends that enhance the overall aesthetic of the space.
At our company, we understand that clients may wish to make adjustments or upgrades as their build progresses. We offer the flexibility for clients to upgrade throughout the construction process, without imposing the significant variation fees that some builders charge.
Once again, we are proud to have exceeded expectations by completing this home in under five months, from the slab-down stage. This achievement reflects our commitment to delivering high-quality homes with exceptional turnaround times.
